The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our dietary needs, making sure everyone was well taken care of. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a great vacation spot!

We spent New Year's Eve on a boat with amazing views of the karst formations. the free drinks and fireworks were a nice touch. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was great. the boat anchored at a remote spot for the night, so it was quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed the complimentary kayaking and cave visit.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom could have been cleaner. the air conditioning was not very effective, and the noise from the generator was bothersome at night.
